The hot tub offers ease of entry and exit, with controls conveniently located next to the hot tub.

No need to worry about pesky bugs, as the pool is completely enclosed by screening that provides privacy and UV protection . An additional, sunning patio located in the back yard provides a comfortable large area to relax in the direct sunlight - for those serious sun worshippers!

Separate out door shower available to rinse off after a day in the sun or at the beach.

The kitchen has rich, dark granite counter tops, with premium cherry cabinetry and comes complete with all dishes, cookware, silverware, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Stainless appliances include dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator.
